“Langenzipen” Business Centre
Langezipen is situated in the center of Saint-Petersburg not far from the Peter and Paul Fortress and Austrian square. Opened in 2006 “Langenzipen” offers 12 000 square meters of top class office and retail space.
The Office complex consists of 2 buildings connected with a glass gallery and panoramic lifts. One of the buildings is the former factory of R.L.Langensipen which was built in 1895, the second – is a modern building.
The modern building differentiates itself by a unique facade made of 3D glass with digital print and inner highlight. The original factory building is made of red brick. The architectural mix of the styles - modern developments with historical views create the feeling of a noble vintage, it accents the business center against other diversified buildings of the Kamenoostrovskiy prospect.
